This shampoo is delicately scented with an essential oil blend made entirely from plant-derived ingredients—no synthetic fragrance compounds are added. The total essential oil content is no more than 0.25%, keeping the formula gentle and scalp-friendly.

As with most essential oils, trace amounts of naturally occurring fragrance compounds (such as limonene, linalool, or eucalyptol) may be present. These are not added separately, but are naturally part of the oils themselves.
